You can manage the users who have access to your ShuttleOps organization. In the bottom-left corner of any page, select an organization. Click your profile icon, then click People. The users belonging to the organization are shown on the left.

  

Add a User to Your Organization

You can invite colleagues to join your ShuttleOps organization. Note that if you also want to give someone access to your source control repository, you must do this in your GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket account.

Click + Invite Someone. Enter the user’s name and email address, then click Add. The user will receive a welcome email with a link to access ShuttleOps.

View and Update User Information

You can view information about the users in your organization and update a user’s name and email address. Just click a user, then click the user’s name and/or email address and change it. You can also add a user to a team or organization.

Remove a User from Your ShuttleOps Organization

You can remove a user from your ShuttleOps organization. Click a user, click in the user’s profile, then click Remove From Organization.
